Actiunile producatorului de textile Siretul Pascani (simbol bursier SRT) vor fi retrase de pe Bursa pe 16 februarie 2015, ca urmare a falimentului. Siretul a intrat in faliment in luna noiembrie dupa ce instanta a constatat ca firma nu a respectat programul de plati catre creditori pe timpul procedurii de reorganizare. Compania a anuntat pierderi de 8,1 milioane de lei pe primele noua luni ale anului trecut. Siretul se listase pe bursa in 1998 si la momentul declararii falimentului avea o capitalizare de un milion de lei. Cei mai mari actionari la sfarsitul lui 2014 erau Scala Real Estate SA, cu 32,9%, SIF Transilvania 10,7% si Euro Continental Invest SRL 10,7557%.

Tribunalul Iasi a stabilit pentru data de 2 martie termenul limita pentru afisarea tabelului definitiv consolidat al creantelor asupra producatorului de confectii Siretul Pascani (simbol bursier SRT), care a intrat in faliment in noiembrie anul trecut. Tabelul definitiv consolidat cuprinde totalitatea creantelor admise in tabelul definitiv si a celor din tabelul suplimentar, dupa solutionarea contestatiilor. Tabelul definitiv indica suma solicitata de creditor, cea admisa, precum si rangul de prioritate a creantei. Printre creditorii societatii se numara Directia Generala a Finantelor Publice Iasi, BRD SocGen, E.ON Moldova Furnizare, Bursa de Valori Bucuresti, RCS&RDS si Fan Courier Express. Siretul Pascani a intrat in faliment pe 13 noiembrie 2014 dupa ce Tribunalul Iasi a admis cererea in acest sens formulata de administratorul judiciar Capital Insol care a argumentat ca societatea nu si-a respectat programul de plati a datoriilor si ca are pierderi de 5,5 milioane de lei. La finalul anului 2010, compania a intrat in insolventa. Producatorul de confectii a incheiat primele noua luni din 2014 cu pierderi de 8,1 milioane de lei. Compania avea datorii totale de 22 mil. lei si active de 23,4 mil. lei. Siretul Pascani este detinuta de firma Scala Real Estate cu o participatie de aproape 33% din capitalul social, iar ceilalti actionari semnificativi sunt SIF Transilvania (SIF3) si firma Euro Continental Invest, fiecare cu o detinere de 10,7%, potrivit ultimelor raportari de pe bursa. Actiunile Siretul Pascani, listate pe piata principala a bursei de la Bucuresti, au fost suspendate de la tranzactionare pe 14 noiembrie 2014 dupa decizia instantei de a deschide procedura falimentului. Compania are o capitalizare de un milion de lei.

Valoarea tranzactiilor cu actiuni la Bursa de Valori Bucuresti /BVB/ a cumulat 144,9 milioane lei in ultima saptamana, cu 52,70% mai mica fata de saptamana precedenta, in timp ce rulajul total al BVB a fost de 150,28 milioane lei, potrivit unui raport al casei de brokeraj Intercapital Invest.Cele mai importante schimburi s-au realizat pe titlurile Fondul Proprietatea (FP) - in valoare de 37 milioane lei, Electrica (EL) - 32,9 milioane lei, Banca Transilvania (TLV) - 20,8 milioane lei, BRD - GSG (BRD) - 10 milioane lei si SIF Moldova (SIF2) - in valoare de 9,5 milioane lei.Tranzactiile cu produse structurate au cumulat 4,9 milioane lei, cu obligatiuni 0,4 milioane lei si cu unitati de fond 48 mii lei. In piata Deal a tranzactiilor speciale s-au realizat schimburi in valoare de 30,6 milioane lei. Indicii bursieri au inregistrat evolutii mixte, cuprinse intre - 0,29% pe indicele BET si 1,14% pe indicele BET - BK. In saptamana analizata, 35 titluri au avut evolutii pozitive, 10 au avut evolutii stabile si 32 au avut evolutii negative. Cele mai mari cresteri s-au inregistrat pe titlurile Mefin S.A. (MEF), Impact S.A. (IMP) si Erste Group Bank (EBS), de 8,49%, 8,18% si respectiv de 6,92%. Cea mai mare scadere s-a inregistrat pe titlurile Armatura S.A. (ARM), de 24,98%, aceasta fiind urmata de cele inregistrate pe titlurile Electroaparataj S.A. (ELJ) si Siretul Pascani S.A. (SRT), de 17,86% si respectiv de 6,54%.Asa cum ne-am obisnuit in ultima perioada, evolutia pietei noastre s-a corelat intr-o masura mai redusa cu cea a pietelor externe, acestea din urma beneficiind in aceasta saptamana pe de o parte de stirea privind un posibil acord de incetare a focului in Ucraina iar pe de alta parte de anuntul surprinzator al sefului Bancii Central Europene de reducere a dobanzii cheie si de incepere a unui program de relaxare cantitativa', a apreciat Gabriel Aldea, broker la Intercapital Invest. Actiunile vedeta ale perioadei a au fost si in aceasta saptamana cele ale furnizorului de energie electrica Electrica (EL), care au crescut fata de saptamana precedenta cu 4,46%. Cresterea sustinuta din ultimele doua saptamani ale acestor actiuni poate fi pusa in legatura cu interesul Electrica privind achizitia a participatiilor detinute de Enel la societatile de furnizare si distributie a energiei electrice din Romania. In acelasi timp faptul ca in cursa pentru alegerea consiliului de administratie al companiei s-au inscris nume importante precum sefi ai marilor grupuri de energie din Spania si Olanda sau bancheri de investitii a reprezentat un alt element ce a incurajat investitorii sa faca achizitii in aceasta perioada la Electrica.'Poate cel mai important element care a condus la aprecierea actiunilor EL a fost informatia potrivit careia actiunile companiei ar putea fi incluse in indicele MSCI Frontier Markets, ceea ce ar fi putut atrage interesul unor fonduri de investitii straine specializate pe investitii in pietele de frontiera. Luand in considerare lichiditatea foarte buna a emitentului si free-float-ul de peste 50%, includerea acestuia in indicele mai sus amintit pare sa fie o numai o chestiune de timp. In acelasi timp trebuie tinut cont de faptul ca la momentul derularii IPO Electrica, nu era cunoscuta intentia de crestere a ponderii in structura MSCI Frontier Markets a companiilor romanesti, acest fapt putand determina o atitudine pasiva a fondurilor de investitii straine cu expunere pe pietele de frontiera. Aceasta situatie s-a schimbat in ultima perioada insa fondurile care pana acum nu erau interesate de actiunile EL, putandu-si schimba strategia ca urmare a noii politici legate de structura indicelui', a apreciat Gabriel Aldea.

Titlurile producatorului de confectii Siretul Pascani (simbol bursier SRT) erau in urcare cu aproape 10% astazi, cand au fost realizate tranzactii cu peste 1,4 milioane de actiuni ale societatii, la pretul de 0,0112/unitate. Valoarea actiunilor tranzactionate se ridica la 15.500 lei. Actiunile Siretul Pascani au urcat si in sedinta bursiera de marti, cand au castigat 13,3%, in pofida rezultatelor financiare negative anuntate de companie saptamana trecuta. Siretul Pascani a incheiat primul semestru cu o cifra de afaceri de 4,1 milioane de lei, in scadere cu 21% comparativ cu perioada similara a anului trecut, si a trecut pe pierderi de 5,5 mil. lei, de la un profit de 13.755 lei. Anul trecut, compania a reusit sa treaca pe profit dupa pierderi cumulate de 14,3 mil. lei in intervalul 2009-2012. In 2010, titlurile producatorului de confectii au fost suspendate de la tranzactionare pe fondul declansarii procedurii de insolventa la cererea societatii si a doi creditori. Actiunile societatii au revenit pe bursa in octombrie anul urmator dupa ce judecatorul sindic a confirmat planul de reorganizare a companiei. Siretul Pascani este detinuta de firma Scala Real Estate cu o participatie de aproape 33% din capitalul social, iar ceilalti actionari semnificativi sunt SIF Transilvania (SIF3) si firma Euro Continental Invest, fiecare cu o detinere de 10,7%. Actiunile Siretul Pascani se tranzactioneaza pe piata principala a bursei de la Bucuresti la categoria a II-a.

Producatorul de confectii Siretul Pascani (simbol bursier SRT) a incheiat primul semestru cu o cifra de afaceri de 4,1 milioane de lei, in scadere cu 21% comparativ cu perioada similara a anului trecut, si a trecut pe pierderi de 5,5 mil. lei, de la un profit de 13.755 lei. Veniturile din exploatare s-au diminuat cu 26% si au ajuns la 5,4 mil. lei in primele sase luni, in timp ce cheltuielile din exploatare au urcat cu aproape 53%, la 11 mil. lei. Datoriile pe termen scurt ale companiei insumau 18,5 mil. lei la 30 iunie. Anul trecut, compania a reusit sa treaca pe profit dupa pierderi cumulate de 14,3 mil. lei in intervalul 2009-2012. In 2010, titlurile producatorului de confectii au fost suspendate de la tranzactionare pe fondul declansarii procedurii de insolventa la cererea societatii si a doi creditori. Actiunile societatii au revenit pe bursa in octombrie anul urmator dupa ce judecatorul sindic a confirmat planul de reorganizare a companiei. Siretul Pascani este detinuta de firma Scala Real Estate cu o participatie de aproape 33% din capitalul social, iar ceilalti actionari semnificativi sunt SIF Transilvania (SIF3) si firma Euro Continental Invest, fiecare cu o detinere de 10,7%. Actiunile Siretul Pascani se tranzactioneaza pe piata principala a bursei de la Bucuresti la categoria a II-a. Titlurile societatii se tranzactionau la pretul de 0,0097 lei/unitate in a doua parte a sedintei bursiere de ieri, iar la aceasta cotatie compania are o capitalizare bursiera de aproape 1,5 mil. lei.

Dupa doi ani de aprecieri importante ale actiunilor lichide de la bursa din Bucuresti, care au marcat in medie un avans de 60%, investitorii au inceput sa prinda curaj si si-au indreptat atentia la inceput de an 2014 in special asupra titlurilor din esaloanele doi si trei de la bursa, unele dintre ele dublandu-si valoarea in decurs de doua saptamani. In topul cresterilor s-au plasat actiunile Electroputere Craiova (EPT) si Siretul Pascani (SRT), cu aprecieri de 157% si respectiv 128% in perioada 31 decembrie – 15 ianuarie. Totodata Amonil Slobozia (AMO) si TurbomeÂÂcanica Bucuresti (TBM) au urcat pe bursa in debutul anului cu 88% si respectiv 55%, pe fondul unor rulaje reduse, de cateva sute de mii de lei.

Raport curent - litigiu: procedura insolventei
Bursa a inchis in scadere cu 0,28% (indicele BET-C), intr-o piata unde actiunile celor cinci SIF-uri au inregistrat cresteri cuprinse intre 1,2% si 3,22% dupa ce vicepresedintele ASF Mircea Ursache a declarat ca este posibil ca institutia sa permita SIF-urilor sa cumpere actiuni intre ele. La inceputul sesiunii bursiere, actiunile SIF Muntenia si SIF Oltenia au inregistrat cele mai vizibile cresteri, urcand cu 5,5% si, respectiv, cu 4,19%, insa volumele de transfer au fost sensibil mai reduse comparativ cu celelalte trei SIF-uri. Ulterior, cresterile s-au temeperat, iar tranzactiile nu au mai fost atat de mari precum cele din prima jumatate de ora. La finalul zilei, actiunile SIF MolÂÂdova (SIF2) si SIF Banat-Crisana (SIF1) consemnau cele mai mari rulaje, de 2,53 milioane lei si, respectiv, 2,11 milioane lei. Titlurile SIF Moldova au urcat cu 1,83%, la 1,501 lei, iar actiunile SIF Banat-Crisana au inchis la 1,367 lei, cu 3,17% peste cotatia de vineri.Totodata, titlurile SIF Muntenia au avansat cu 3,11%, actiunile SIF Transilvania au crescut cu 1,99%, iar titlurile SIF Oltenia cu 1,2%. Ascensiunea actiunilor celor cinci SIF-uri a dus indicele BET-FI cu 1,3% peste nivelul de vineri. Indicele include si titlurile Fondului Proprietatea (FP), care au scazut cu 0,83%. In acelasi timp, indicele BET-XT a inchis in stagnare, iar indicele BET-BK a avansat cu 0,6%. Indicele BET-XT reflecta evolutia celor mai lichide 25 de actiuni romanesti, inclusiv SIF-urile si Fondul Proprietatea. BET-BK cuprinde cele mai lichide 25 de actiuni de la BVB, inclusiv SIF-urile si FP, dar si actiunile bancii austriece Erste (EBS). Indicele BET, al celor mai lichide zece actiuni, a coborat cu 0,45%, iar indicele BET-NG, al titlurilor companiilor din sectorul energetic, a scazut cu 0,27%. Actiunile FP au consemnat cel mai ridicat rulaj din piata, de 10,53 milioane de lei. Cea mai mare parte a acestui rulaj a fost asigurata de o tranzactie realizata la ora 13:31, pentru 4,2 mil. lei. Investitorii au transferat in total actiuni de 37,22 mil. lei (8,19 mil. euro), cu 45% sub lichiditatea din sedinta precedenta, de 67,46 mil. lei (14,8 mil. euro). Peste 40% din rulajul de luni a fost asigurat de operatiunile cu actiunile FP (10,53 milioane de lei) si cate doua deal-uri cu actiunile SIF Moldova (3 milioane de lei) si BRD (2,45 milioane de lei). In timp ce actiunile companiilor mari de pe bursa inregistreaza evolutii modeste, actiunile companiilor mici continua sa produca surprize. Ieri, 7 actiuni au inregistrat cresteri de peste 10%. Printre ele s-au numarat titlurile Electroputere Craiova (EPT) si Siretul Pascani (SRT), care au crescut cu cate 15%, continuand seria cresterilor puternice din ultimele sedinte. Titlurile Elecroputere au crescut de 5 ori in ultima luna, iar actiunile Siretul s-au dublat in ultima saptamana.
Actiunile care au inregistrat anul trecut cele mai mari scaderi de pe bursa sunt Maillis Romania (MJM) (-71%), Romcarbon Buzau (ROCE)(-53,8%), Santierul Naval Orsova (SNO) (-35,3%), Siretul Pascani (-34,6%), Oil Terminal Constanta (OIL)(-29,1%), Alro Slatina (ALR) (-27,7%), Boromir Prod Buzau (SPCU)(-26,8%), Retrasib Sibiu (RTRA)(-26,2%) si Bermas Suceava (BRM) (-25,7%).Multe dintre aceste societati au inregistrat pierderi in 2013 si ramane de vazut in ce masura vor reusi sa-si redreseze businessul anul acesta. In general, majoritatea companiilor care scad pe bursa intr-un an continua sa mearga mai slab decat piata si in anul urmator si doar o mica parte dintre ele isi revin spectaculos.Cu toate astea, investitorii s-au aruncat in primele sedinte ale anului asupra unor actiuni precum Siretul (SRT), Amonil (AMO) sau Santierul Naval Orsova (SNO), care au inregistrat cresteri spectaculoase in primele zile.Unii investitori de pe bursa tind sa achizitioneze actiuni cu rezultate slabe pentru simplul motiv ca valoarea acestora pe bursa a scazut drastic intr-o anumita perioada, sperand intr-o redresare rapida. Aceasta tactica se poate dovedi insa foarte riscanta.Actiunile care au inregistrat cele mai mari scaderi intr-un an tind sa o duca prost si in anul urmator, este concluzia unei analize a ZF pe un portofoliu format din 10 actiuni care au inregistrat in 2012 cele mai mari corectii. Portofoliul actiunilor pierzatoare a generat in 2013 o pierdere medie de 13,6%, intr-unul dintre cei mai buni ani pentru bursa de la Bucuresti, cu cresteri pe indicele BET de circa 30% daca includem dividendele acordate de companii in 2013. Un portofoliu format din cele 10 actiuni incluse in BET dar cu ponderi egale ar fi adus anul trecut un randament si mai ridicat, de 37%.Cu greu un investitor ar fi reusit sa aleaga un portofoliu de actiuni cu performante mai proaste decat acesta in 2013, in conditiile in care doua companii din acest portofoliu, Oltchim Ramnicu Valcea (OLT) si COS Targoviste (COS), si-au declarat insolventa anul trecut si cel mai probabil investitorii in aceste actiuni nu vor mai recupera nimic din sumele investite.Portofoliul a mai inclus titlurile Amonil Slobozia (AMO) si Maillis Romania (MJM), care au pierdut 23% si respectiv 71% din valoare, actiunile Condmag Brasov (COMI) si Dafora Medias (DAFR), cu scaderi in 2013 de 13% si respectiv 10%. Titlurile Socep Constanta (SOCP), incluse de asemenea in portofoliu, au pierdut 17% din valoare.Singurele actiuni care au inregistrat cresteri anul trecut au fost Cemacon Cluj (CEON), cu un avans de 151%, titlurile Ves Sighisoara (VESY), care s-au apreciat cu 26%, si respectiv actiunile Electroputere Craiova (EPT), care au adaugat 19% in 2013, insa acestea nu au reusit sa compenseze pierderile inregistrate de celelalte titluri din portofoliu.O explicatie pentru care actiunile pierzatoare dintr-un an continua sa subperformeze piata in anul urmator este faptul ca putine companii care se confrunta cu dificultati financiare reusesc sa-si mai revina, multe dintre aceste societati inregistrand pierderi an la randul, fara ca masurile luate de managementul acestora sa reuseasca stabilizarea businessului.Una dintre exceptiile anului 2013 a fost producatorul de blocuri ceramice Cemacon, care a reusit sa se inteleaga cu principala banca creditoare, BCR, sa restructureze imprumutul pe care nu putea sa-l mai restituie si care ii producea pierderi semnificative. Astfel de situatii sunt insa destul de rare, Cemacon fiind timp de aproape doi ani sub iminenta intrarii in insolventa si nici in prezent situatia nu este pe deplin rezolvata pentru ca actionarii principali trebuie sa capitalizeze compania cu sume importante pentru a o redresa.
Indicele bursier BET, care urmareste cele mai importante zece companii de pe bursa locala, a crescut ieri cu 0,64%, anuland scaderile din primele doua sedinte ale anului. Principalul indice al bursei de la Bucuresti a inchis sedinta peste nivelul de 6.500 de puncte, la maximul ultimilor cinci ani si jumatate. Evolutia indicelui a fost sustinuta ieri de actiunile Bancii Transilvania (TLV) si (BRD), care au inchis cu cresteri de 1,24%, respectiv 1,46%. Titlurile Bursei de Valori Bucuresti (BVB) au crescut si ele cu 1,61%, iar Fondul Proprietatea (FP) a inchis sedinta cu un avans de 0,59%. Valoarea tranzactiilor cu actiuni si-a revenit ieri dupa ce primele sedinte de tranzactionare ale anului au fost foarte slabe. Rulajul a urcat la 44 mil. lei (aproape 10 mil. euro), apropiindu-se de media anului trecut. La asta au contribuit insa cele opt tranzactii speciale (deal-uri) realizate cu actiunile TLV, FP, SIF5, SNP si BVB, in valoare de 16,2 mil. lei, si tranzactiile de 7 mil. lei cu actiunile bancii austriece Erste (EBS). Titlurile Erste au crescut ieri cu 6%. Cresteri de peste 10% au inregistrat actiunile Santierului Naval Orsova (SNO), Rompetrol Rafinare (RRC), Electroputere (EPT), Siretul Pascani (SRT) si Romcarbon Buzau (ROCE).
